How fast can you start?
For most projects we can begin within 1–2 weeks of agreeing scope. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront — we'll be honest about whether we can meet it.
Do you work with startups?
Yes — and we enjoy it. Early-stage teams often have the most interesting problems. We're used to making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting quickly.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Discovery call → plain-English proposal → sprint-based delivery with fortnightly demos → ongoing support. Scope and pricing agreed before we write a single line of code.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We conduct a code audit first and give you an honest assessment. We'll tell you what's salvageable, what should be replaced, and roughly what each path costs.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes. Many clients stay with us on a monthly retainer after initial delivery — for ongoing development, support, cloud ops, or ad-hoc engineering work.
